Small Ceremonies $250
Many couples just want a simple ceremony with a few or no guests
You can have a nice easy legal ceremony at our townhouse in Eaglemont (which is near Heidelberg & Ivanhoe, 400 metres from train station. Easy parking on Studley Road). ($250).
Or at a venue of your choice which is within an easy drive of Eaglemont ($330).
You need to come to my place at least one month prior to lodge the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) and to discuss the ceremony outline
If the bride or groom is overseas, the NOIM needs to be witnessed by either an Australian Consular or Australian Diplomatic Officer or an official Notary Public, then given to me at least one month prior
Fees are $250 at my place or $330 at your venue which is within an easy drive of Eaglemont.
The inclusions are:
- First meeting where we lodge the NOIM and discuss the ceremony
- Phone calls and emails
- The ceremony
- All legals including preparation of marriage certificates (After the ceremony you need to apply for a copy of the Official Marriage Certificate from BDM and they charge a fee.)
- Up to 10 guests
- 2 witnesses are required, you can provide both or I can provide one for free and a second for $50
- No catering at our place
I conduct weddings at my place or at a venue within an easy drive of Eaglemont and only on Saturdays or weeknights (except for friends and family where I will travel & do other days & sizes).
Sunday is a day of rest.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
$100 deposit payable at first meeting
Deposit refundable up to one month prior to wedding less a $50 admin fee
Final payment due before the ceremony, non-refundable at all times
FIANCEE VISA LETTERS AND NOIM:
$100 non refundable of which $50 can be used towards a future ceremony.
If the bride or groom is overseas, the NOIM may need to be witnessed by either an Australian Consular or Australian Diplomatic Officer or an official Notary Public in that country.
